NSS provides an excellent opportunity to the students who desire to serve the community and to develop interpersonal relationships and skills.

Objective of NSS “Serve the downtrodden in the society” and “Personality Development through Community Service”.

Motto The motto of NSS is “NOT ME BUT YOU”. It underlines that the welfare of an individual is ultimately dependent on the welfare of the society as a whole. This expresses the essence of democratic living and upholds the need of selfless service and appreciation of the other man’s’ point of view and also consideration for fellow human beings.

Two units of N.S.S., having 200 students, are working actively in this college. Different activities of N.S.S. help them in developing various qualities such as self-discipline, duty consciousness, self reliance, leadership, personality development and above all the role of youth in national development.

Under N.S.S. various activities like Plantation , Blood Donation, Cleanliness of Village, Awareness about AIDS and Female Fratricide, taking Care of Environment, Celebration of National Festivals, Women Empowerment, Village Survey, Ayurvedic Garden etc. are organized during the year.
